Economics of Technological Innovation
Berry College | Rome, GA | July 20 - 23, 2015

Everyone knows technology is constantly changing, and changing our lives with it. Attend FEE’s Economics of Technological Innovation seminar to explore advancements in the tech sector and the impact it makes on social and economic progress. At this event, you’ll experience thought-provoking presentations on topics such as how technology is changing the way we relate to to one another, its impact on governance, and how government policies either propel or stall breakthroughs (such as in the P2P economy of Uber and Airbnb). Over three days at the beautiful wooded campus of Berry College in Rome, Georgia, you’ll develop core reasoning skills while exploring the importance of technology in a free and civil society.
What You’ll Learn:
  • What economic thinking has to say about technological progress
  • A deeper understanding of the ideas that encourage innovation
  • Awareness of new and upcoming opportunities in tech
