2015 Turner Voices in Technology: Career Exploration Workshop Application - Apply by November 24




Seeking Teen Student Groups

Applications are now open to participate in one of Turner’s 2015 Turner Voices in Technology: Career Exploration Workshops. We are seeking groups of youth who are interested in technology-related fields who would be captivated by a day-long experience engaging in workshops, tours and panel discussions with bright Turner leaders in technology.


2015 Turner Voices in Technology: Career Exploration Workshops

What:  Day-long workshop about careers in Technology

Location: Turner Broadcasting System, 1050 Techwood Drive, Atlanta, GA 30318.

Transportation: Transportation may be requested. Please include the request in your application.

Timing: Typically, a career exploration workshop day will run from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. (Exact timing to be determined individually with each student group.) 

Meals: Lunch and snacks will be provided.

Group Size: In order to ensure the most hands-on, intimate experience, we request group sizes of 15-25 teens.

Requesting a Date: Workshops must take place during the work week, preferable Tuesday – Thursday. If the work week poses a challenge for your group, please consider days that students might not be at school, i.e. fall/spring/winter breaks, summer vacation, teach work days, etc. 

Eligibility:  Submitting organizations must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit or school with a 501(c)(3) affiliation and located within 30 miles of 1050 Techwood Drive Atlanta, GA 30318.  All participating youth must be age 14-19.
