- Registration begins Sept. 16th and the first drawing is held on Oct. 25th
- Free to enter — eligibility is not based on GPA or financial need
- Entrant's permanent residence must be in one of the following states: AL, AR, GA, FL, MD, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA, WV or the District of Columbia (DC)
- One entry per drawing, but students can register during each drawing period
- Eligible colleges include 2 and 4 year public and private institutions
- Checks made payable to winner's college of attendance
