Open to high school and college students between the ages of 16 and 22 within the continental U.S. who are legal residents or U.S. citizens
- Scholarship payable to the winner upon proof of attendance at a college, university or certified trade school in the United States
- Employees of United Realty Partners, LLC and each of their affiliates, and their respective employees, and their relatives may not apply
- Home-schooled students may apply as long as the course of study is equivalent to that of a senior in high school.
