Better Business Bureau (BBB) Student of Integrity Scholarship

 
BBB is proud to announce the call for entries for the 2013 Student of Integrity Scholarships. The scholarship program is funded by the Educational Foundation and each year, six students are offered $1,000 of scholarships each to high school seniors who will be graduating in 2013.

Students must attend an accredited high school in one of the following counties: Banks, Barrow, Bartow, Carroll, Cherokee, Clarke, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dawson, Dekalb, Douglas, Elbert, Fayette, Forsyth, Franklin, Fulton, Gwinnett, Habersham, Hall, Haralson, Hart, Henry, Jackson, Lumpkin, Madison, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Oglethorpe, Paulding, Pickens, Pike, Polk, Rabun, Rockdale, Spalding, Stephens, Towns, Union, Walton and White Counties.

Applications are being accepted and the deadline for entries will be January 31, 2013.

Topic & Instructions

Students must write an essay, not to exceed 500 words, based on the following topic: What signs do you see that trust is diminishing in the marketplace and what would you do to help rebuild trust between consumers and businesses?

Students may write the essay in any form they wish. Judging will be done on how well students captured the essence of the topic and their creativity in responding.
