Hall C3 is located in Building C.  Follow the driving directions listed for Building C to the Yellow or Gold Decks. Parking is also available in the Red Deck, but it is furthest from the Hall.

Loading/Unloading:
Exhibitors should follow signs for the Building B & C loading docks.  Security will provide exhibitors with a 1 hour loading/unloading pass at the loading dock entrance.  Security will attempt to contact exhibitors via the telephone number written on the pass if they have gone beyond the one hour – if they cannot make contact and if the vehicle is not removed, towing is enforced. Directions and additional loading/unloading information is available online.

Shipping Deadline: All materials must be received by March 13, 2014 – 4:30pm.Material Handling Charge:
Cost is $72.25 per carton, minimum $144.50. Please contact the decorator directly to arrange shipping. Make check payable to National Expo, Inc.

Electrical Service:
The Georgia World Congress Center is the exclusive provider for electrical services. Orders may be placed online or by completing the Electrical Service Order Form. 

Recommended Hotels:
There is not an official host hotel for the Atlanta National College Fair. The Omni Hotel at CNN Center is recommended based on proximity to the facility.
